Vic Webber from Ruislip Gardens Judo Club is a qualified First Aid Instructor.
Vic runs courses in-house at your Judo Club and these
can be run at weekends or at other mutually convenient times by prior arrangement. On
completion of the course there is an accredited certificate of competence, which is valid for 3 years.
The First Aid Courses are of six-hour duration and cover
the following topics:-

of First Aid
- Incident
Management plan
- How
to make a diagnosis
- Resuscitation
- Top
to Toe Survey
- Recovery
Position
- Fracture
